Balearic is the second destination that the British demand. As shown in the last survey in the UK, the British demand for Spanish destinations have registered an increase of 27% during the last quarter of 2011 versus the same quarter last year.
Tenerife and the Costa del Sol in Malaga were the favorite holiday destinations in the period, while the Balearic Islands, Andalusia and Valencia are the places chosen by this group mainly for a vacation next summer.

These communities occupy respectively the second, fourth and fifth among the five most popular tourist destinations in the UK market in the world. London occupies the first position and Florida in the United States the third.
